Legal Status
FOOTBALL4iMPACT is a registered non-profit association based in the Swiss canton of Vaud, operating under Articles 60–79 of the Swiss Civil Code.
Who We Are
FOOTBALL4iMPACT is founded on trust and a belief in the power of football to transform the personal development of teenagers. Established in 2022, the organization leverages football as a platform to promote life skills and learning opportunities, both on and off the pitch.

100% of funds go directly into programmes.

How We Are Governed
General Assembly – our highest decision-making body
Committee – responsible for strategy, safeguarding, and finances
Led by a President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Fully aligned with Swiss law and our statutes.
Financial Stewardship
Transparent financial management overseen by the Treasurer.
Annual reporting presented to members.
Only the association’s assets are liable for its obligations.

Dissolution Safeguard
In the unlikely event of dissolution, all remaining assets will be transferred to a recognised non-profit organisation with similar objectives. No assets may be distributed to members.
